This is a 100% remote, 12 month contract position with potential for extension and conversion.

As a Design Specialist, you're not just a part of the team—you're at the forefront of shaping how our client's healthcare brand comes to life!

You will make an impact by:

• Influencing design for key moments of truth for the new health care company brand.
• Creating and protecting a cohesive on brand experience Support the launch of a new world class health care brand.
• Engaging in the development, creation, and execution of design concepts for products, graphics, interactive experiences, packaging, and various communication mediums.
• Conducting design tasks that necessitate planning, scheduling, and executing, as well as crafting presentations, collaborating on design ideas, and liaising with businesses.
• Building and developing enterprise brand visual identity systems and guidelines.

Your Skills:

• Proactive in advancing new ideas and effectively communicating them.
• Capable of addressing a broad range of questions and challenges, adept at navigating uncertainty while gaining support from others.
• Operate under moderate supervision, bringing expertise and knowledge pertinent to the role.
• Efficiently manages multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring quality remains uncompromised.
• Experienced in product packaging design for both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Skilled designer and proficient in all Adobe Creative Suite products.
• Expertise in specialty design areas (e.g., packaging, UI/UX, environmental design, tradeshow and event design) is preferred.
• Valued experience in creating product renderings is a plus.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand design and corporate identity.

• 3-5 years of experience in brand design and corporate identity in a private, public, government or military environment
